In 2003, synthesist Nemesis joined the group, contributing to its conceptual and compositional development.cite-ref-an-3-1[3] In 2004, keyboardist and drummer Nightstalker joined Alien Vampires, sharing a passion for the work of Spanish photographer J.A.M. Montoya, as well as for bondage, sadomasochism, and drugs that would influence and define the overall concept of Alien Vampires.cite-ref-am-6-0[6] The band extensively uses satanic, BDSM, porn-blasphemous, and occult imagery in their album covers, stage performances, and music videos. According to Nysrok, Alien Vampires were the first to introduce this aesthetic to the harsh scene.cite-ref-sli-7-0[7]

In 2004, the Alien Vampires recorded its first musical compositions, which the musicians described as Horror Trance.cite-ref-gravitator-8-0[8] Shortly afterwards, the project released I’m Dead Fuck You online. In 2005, Alien Vampires signed a contract with the Italian label Kold Finger, which released their debut album Evil Generation (2005)cite-ref-9[9] and the 2007 EP Nuns are Pregnant.cite-ref-gravitator-8-1[8]
